RESERVATION RATES
You can make your reservation even the day of your arrival. Reserve any cabin Sunday-Friday (excluding all holidays)for two or more days and receive mid week special rates! One night reservations are welcome mid week; however, a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 nights for holidays, and 4 nights for summer.
All 1 week reservations are welcome to one full weekend, and not two Friday nights or 2 Saturday nights. Howver, if you want to reserve for 2 weeks than you may stay for two full weekend ends.
HOLIDAY, WINTER, AND SUMMER RATES:
Summer reservations have a 4 or more night minimum stay and Holidays are 3 or more. Summer reservations start after the Memorial Day Holiday and include June, July, August, and end the Monday after the Labor Day holiday. Holidays and Summer Rates increase $45. more per night from the posted rates at all cabins, except Cabin 5,is $65. more per night. For the New Year celebraton there is a 3 night min stay and the rates increase $230. more per night from what is posted on our rates. Cabins are decorated for all holidays and for Christmas there is a gift waiting for you on the table. For the New Years, cabins remain holiday decorated, party favors for all to bring in the New Year and a party tray with delicious yummies to enjoy anytime!
A 1 time $80. Cleaning fee is added to all reservations except New Year it is $100. per reservation. A $100 to $250. Returnable-taxable security/ damage hold may be required depending upon your age and size of your group. This hold is 100% returnable if the cabin is left in clean and damage free conditions.
You can reserve a cabin even up to the day you want to arrive. We do not except cash. A credit card must be used to reserve your cabin, and any remaining payments can be made with a personal check. If your reservation is made more than 41 days or more, than a $200 deposit and 1/3 deposit if summer. Total balance is due if your reservaion is 40 or less days away.
All reservations made at our cabins are for our customers and not their guests. Only the people named on the contract are allowed to enter our cabins. Contracts, policies, and paper work are signed before your arrival.
