RESERVATION RATES
You can make your reservation even the day of your arrival. Reserve any cabin (Monday-Thursday) that does not include a weekend or holiday, excluding June, July, and August only, for two or more days and receive mid week special rates! Also, one night reservations are welcome mid week; however, a 2 night minimum on weekends.
All reservations are welcome to one full weekend; however, if the reservation includes two weekends than the weekend price will be added to the weekly rate.

HOLIDAY, WINTER, AND SUMMER RATES:
Summer reservations start after the Memorial Day Holiday and include June, July, August, and end the Monday after the Labor Day holiday. Holidays and Summer Rates do increase, so, please call for difference per night compared to our web site rates posted for our fall and springs rates. Holiday Rates depends upon how many nights you would like to reserve. We do have a 3 night minimum stay for all holidays. Cabins for Christmas are beautifully decorated with a gift waiting for you on the table. For the New Years cabins remain holiday decorated! Party favors for all to bring in the New Year. We provide a party tray with delicious yummies to bring in the New Year or to enjoy anytime!
An $80. Cleaning fee is added to all reservations. A $100 to $250. Returnable-taxable security/ damage hold may be required depending upon your age and size of your group. This hold is 100% returnable if the cabin is left in clean and damage free conditions.
You can reserve a cabin even up to the day you want to arrive. We do not except cash. A credit card must be used to reserve your cabin, and any remaining payments can be made with a personal check. All payments are paid in full before you arrive unless your reservation is made more than 41 days or more, than a $200. deposit is required to secure your reservation. So, if you make your reservation forty to zero days before you arrive, than full payment is due at the time you make your reservation; however,if your reservation is made with some time to spare before your arrival day, and it is impossible to pay your balance in full, we will work with you on payments, but still need full payment before your arrival.
